Citron Splash Martini

Here’s a delightful recipe for the Citron Splash Martini with Absolut Citron vodka, triple sec, lemon juice and sugar. Be sure to add your favorite martini recipe to the blog and search for more of your favorite drinks by name or ingredient.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Absolut Citron vodka
1 1/4 oz triple sec
3/4 oz lemon juice
sugar

Method: Combine the Absolut Citron, Triple sec and juice of 1/3 lemon (~3/4 oz juice) in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake. Use the lemon to wet the edge of a chilled martini or cocktail glass, and dip the glass in sugar to coat the rim. Strain the mixture into the cocktail glass, garnish with a lemon twist, and serve.
