Ingredients

1 1/2 oz tequila
1 splash carbonated water
1/2 tsp sugar
1 dash bitters
1 pineapple stick

Method: Mix sugar, bitters, and 1 tsp. water in an old-fashioned glass. Add tequila, ice cubes, and carbonated water. Add the stick of pineapple and serve.
