Delmonico Cocktail with Bitters

DrinkIdeas presents this drink recipe for Delmonico Cocktail, with gin, brandy, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, bitters and lemon.

Ingredients:

1 oz gin
1/2 oz brandy
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 dash bitters
1 twist lemon peel

Method: In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, brandy, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, and bitters. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
