Bishop Cocktail Drink with Wine
Not sure if your bishop drinks this, I always thought they stuck with the hard liquor. The Bishop Cocktail calls for lemons, oranges, powdered sugar and Burgundy wine.
Ingredients:
juice of 1/4 lemons
juice of 1/4 oranges
1 tsp powdered sugar
Burgundy wine
Method: Shake juice of lemon, juice of orange, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a highball glass. Add two ice cubes, fill with burgundy, and stir well. Decorate with various fruits and serve.
Serve : Highball Glass
