1 cup water
3/4 - 1 cup brown sugar
4 tsp powdered coffee
1 cup Bundaberg amber rum
4 tsp vanilla extract

Method: Boil water, sugar and coffee for 10 mins and let cool. Add rum and vanilla. Put in clean bottle(s) and leave for 1 week before using.

4 bottles brandy
2 bottles white rum
1 gal coffee
4 lb sugar

Method: Pour brandy and rum into a bowl filled with the sugar. Set on fire (use extreme caution) and let the sugar dissolve. Add black coffee and stir well.

Ingredients

1/2 cup coffee
1/2 - 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
3 - 4 tbsp dark bitter cocoa powder
1 - 2 scoops plain chocolate ice cream

Method: Combine all the ingredients together, leaving out the chocolate ice-cream. Leave in fridge until cold. Add in the chocolate ice-cream, blend. Serve.

Bourbon Slush recipe

Ingredients

7 cups water
3 cups bourbon whiskey
12 oz frozen lemonade
6 oz frozen orange juice
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups strong tea

Method: Mix all ingredients a day ahead and place in freezer. When ready to serve, take out of freezer and put desired amount in blender for a second or put in a bowl and mix till it is semi-liquified. Serve in old-fashioned glasses.

Ingredients

1 oz Vandermint chocolate mint liqueur
6 - 7 oz hot, strong black coffee
1 tsp whipped cream
1 tsp shaved, dark chocolate

Method: Brew a pot of strong black coffee. Add the coffee to a warmed coffee mug and add the Vandermint. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and top that with dark chocolate shavings. Serve.
