Ingredients
6 oz hot, brewed coffee
1/2 oz white creme de menthe
1 oz Irish whiskey
1/2 oz white creme de cacao
Method: Add the Irish whiskey to the hot coffee first. Follow by adding the creme de menthe and creme de cacao, and serve.

Ingredients
1/2 oz Tia Maria coffee liqueur
1/2 oz Carolans Irish cream
1/2 oz Remy Martin cognac
12 oz coffee
1 squirt whipped cream
1 dash Grand Marnier orange liqueur
Method: Take a warm beer mug w/handle. Put in the liquor. Fill with coffee. Top with whipped cream dashing a little Orange Liqueur (Grand Marnier) on top. Serve with a straw.
Serve : Beer Mug

Ingredients
1 cup milk
1/2 - 1 tsp loose black tea leaves
1 tbsp sugar
ginger
Method: Set the milk, tea and sugar to boil. Wash a thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger. Pound until flat, where juice should begin to ooze. Add the ginger to the milk-tea mixture when it begins to boil. Reduce the heat, letting it all simmer for 2-3 minutes.

3 oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
3 oz hot, brewed coffee
1 oz whipped cream
2 - 3 crushed hazelnuts
Method: Layer the Frangelico hazelut liqueur, coffee and whipped cream on top of one another (Frangelico on the bottom) in an 8-oz highball glass or equivalent. Sprinkle the crushed hazlenuts on top, and serve.

Ingredients
chilled heavy cream
vanilla extract
3/4 oz Metaxa 7 Star
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz Tia Maria coffee liqueur
hot black coffee
1 tsp sugar
Method: Lightly beat the cream adding a few drops of the vanilla extract.
Add the Metaxa, Amaretto, and Tia Maria to a warmed 7-oz. mug. Pour in coffee. Taste for sweetness: add sugar if desired.
Top with beaten cream.

strong black ground coffee
1 tsp sugar

Method: Prepare a pot of coffee at a good European strength. In the ground coffee, add 2 or 3 freshly ground cardamom pods. Sweeten while hot, then cool quickly. Serve in highball glass over ice, with cream. To get the layered effect, place a spoon atop the coffee and pour the milk carefully into the spoon so that it floats on the top of the coffee.

30 cl Bacardi white rum
10 cl Bols white creme de cacao
30 cl hot coffee
3 tsp sugar
20 cl double cream
Method: Warm up rum, creme cacao, sugar and coffee. Float the double fresh cream floating on top. Optionally sprinkle some grated chocolate on top of the cream.

Buffalo Tea Drink with Vodka
DrinkIdeas presents this drink recipe for Buffalo Tea, with Smirnoff Watermelon Twist vodka, iced tea and peach juice. This is tea on roids, something to keep you alert during those tea times.
Ingredients:
1 oz Smirnoff Watermelon Twist vodka
4 oz unsweetened iced tea
1 oz peach juice concentrate
Method: Pour the vodka into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add the peach juice and iced tea. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Decorate with a lime wedge, and serve.
